Analene Go is a Filipino-Canadian Children's Author. Her favourite book as a child was Red is Best, and to this day, her favourite colour is still red. She learned first-hand how a book can have a lasting impact, and so became an author.
Analene graduated from the University of Waterloo, as a Systems Design Engineer. She has always loved the intersection of technology and the arts, having been a former Walt Disney Imagineer, and pursued creative projects in immersive exhibit design and themed entertainment. Her passion for creative writing developed further through courses at the University of Toronto and George Brown College.
Analene’s stories are heart-felt and humorous - celebrating culture, family and friendship. She hopes that her books will help readers to create lots of new memories and connect with the people they love. Ninang’s Here! is Analene’s debut picture book.
