Jerry Prager


Having just turned 70, Jerry Prager has been a canoe trip guide, journalist, playwright/actor/dancer, cook, a heritage stone and landscape worker, and self-published historian of three books on anti-slavery activism in Wellington County, as well as three books on organized crime in Guelph and southern Ontario, all of which works were bad for his mental health. He was first published as a poet by Childe Thursday Press in the mid-1990’s. His first chapbook by Vocamus Press was I am Resonant with Lyric.

Jerry is the father of a son, James, and the common-law guy of Morvern McNie. He lives in the community of Elora, which he refers to as Fauxlora.
