Rose Cullis is an award-winning writer who celebrates all forms of writing and performance in their work. Most recently, they won the 2024 McNally Robinson short fiction award for a story called, “The Charm”. They’ve had short stories, plays and monologues published in theme-based anthologies and in This Magazine, Event Magazine, Brick, Vallum, and Prairie Fire. They wrote the text for a new play with music called After/BAAL that’s currently in development. They’re a member of the Throbbing Rose Queer Arts Collective and the Playwright’s Guild of Canada.
